We do our best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. When ordered before 5PM today, your order will be shipped today. In most cases, orders are delivered the next day. Delivery usually takes no longer than 3 working days. During the holidays and vacation periods, the shipping time can be up to 4 working days. Our advice is to order on time when availability is of the essence.

Shipping costs

The prices stated are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are stated separately with the order. We currently deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. It is not possible to have your order delivered to countries other than the afore mentioned countries via this webshop.

Shipping at high outside temperatures

Chocolate melts at high (outside) temperatures and pastries should be stored cool. We ship our products with the utmost care. Unfortunately, external carriers do not always consider unwanted exposure to high(er) temperatures than desired for the type of product we supply. If outside temperatures are expected to exceed 25ºC, we will postpone shipping if possible. We do so in consultation. We will of course inform you on time. We recommend storing chocolate at a constant temperature to preserve taste and quality. The ideal temperature for this is between 15º and 20ºC.

Track and trace

Delivery is via a parcel service. In general, delivery will take place the next day after dispatch between 9:00 and 18:00. You will receive a message from us including a Track & Trace code with which you can track your parcel
